North Star Dalwhinnie 14 Year Speyside Whisky Every drop of HP's whiskyThis expression is a 14 year old single malt from Dalwhinnie. The distillation took place in March 2008 and aged in a refill bourbon hogshead. in November 2022 the whisky was independently bottled by North Star Spirits after a period of finishing in an oloroso sherry hogshead. Total worldwide outturn: 252 bottles Nose: Grilled pineapple, ripe stone fruit and fresh honeycomb. Palate: Red fruit compote, citrus zest, freshly cut barley and roasted nuts.
