Holmegaard entered into the first import agreement with this glassworks in 1871 for 34 glass services and produced a number of these in the period 1910 1930. Today it is not possible to distinguish the Danish glass from the imported glass. Oreste has been sold in Denmark since 1915 and was discontinued in 1962.
